Welcome to my practice. Relationship therapy is a path toward self-awareness and growth. Working with loved ones relationally is an opportunity to explore our own nature and how we relate to others by discovering new ways of processing experiences. My belief is that relationships, though often perplexing, can provide fertile ground for healing and connection.

The primary focus of my practice is adult family relationships. This includes romantic relationships, families experiencing disconnection and families that are in working relationships together.

My practice is an inclusive space providing a comfortable environment for all, regardless of race, gender identity, age, ability, health status, ethnicity, relationship status, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status and religion. I continue to do my own work as a practitioner to educate myself and advocate for marginalized communities.
