Welcome to my practice. Relationship therapy is a great first step towards growth and change and is an opportunity to explore the nature of self and how we relate to others by discovering new ways of processing experiences. As a relational therapist, my belief is that relationships, though often perplexing, can provide fertile ground for healing and connection. My guiding principle is to empower you to create the life you want through deeper connection to self and others while also holding space for you to process and reach your therapeutic goals. I also specialize in couples, partners and families that work together since working relationships and being a part of a family business are experiences that present unique challenges and growth opportunities.

 

My practice is an inclusive space providing a comfortable environment for all, regardless of race, gender identity, age, ability, health status, ethnicity, relationship status, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status and religion. I continue to do my own work as a practitioner to educate myself and advocate for marginalized communities.
